Ameregis is a research and geographic information systems (GIS) firm with a client base that includes federal, state and local governments as well as universities, foundations, nonprofit organizations and advocacy groups. Our cutting-edge research in land use, public finance, race relations, regional governance and election systems utilizes striking maps and displays to make findings accessible to a wide range of readers.

Ameregis is also a pioneer in the geographic analysis of voter behavior and participation and can provide data, maps and analysis for pre- or post-election activities. We offer a package of election data services, based on our voter volatility index, that helps both issue and candidate campaigns target undecided voters. Click on the View Presentation button to learn more about our election mapping services.

Expanding and complementing the work of its partner organization, the Metropolitan Area Research Corporation (MARC), Ameregis is dedicated to integrating GIS, mapping and traditional research methods to inform public and private decision-making. Our maps are clear, attractive and intuitively labeled. They can be quickly and inexpensively reproduced and are desktop- and Internet-ready. Ameregis employs rigorous cartographic conventions and statistical methods to ensure that our maps meet the standards of funders, academics and the courts. These eye-catching maps immediately grab the attention of readers often reluctant to read reports.

Because GIS mapping and analysis has been our primary function for over a decade, we do it better, faster and at a lower cost than many new and inexperienced organizations entering the field today.
